What is all this washing about,
Every day, week in, week out?
From getting up till going to bed,
I'm tired of hearing the same thing said.
Whether I'm dirty of whether I'm not,
Whether the water is cold or hot,
Whether I like or whether I don't
Whether I will or whether I won't--
"Have you washed your hands,
And washed your face?"
I seem to live in the washing-place.
Whenever I go for a walk or ride,

The door again, there's some one there

- Mera ghar bada hai. en veedu romba perisu.My house is very big.
- Ghar mayn paanch bade kamreh owr chaar choteh kamreh hein.
- veetleh 5 periya room mum 4 chinna room mum irukku.
- There are 5 big rooms and 4 small rooms in our house.
- Ghar kay peechay yak bageecha hai. veetukku pinnaleh oru thottam irukku.There is a garden behind our house.
- Nal mayn bahuth paani aatha hai.
- Tapleh niraya thanni varudhu.We get more water in our tap.
- Kuwaan bhee hai.kinaru onnum irukku.There is also a well.
- Magar us mayn Paani naheen hai. anaaa adhuleh thanni illai.
- There is no water in that.
- yeh ghar mayn hum dhus loag rahthey hein.naanga 10 payer ingeh vasikkiroam.We 10 people live in this house.
- Mereh pithaajee badeh kamreh mayn hai.enn appa periya room leh irukkaroo.My father is in the big room.
- yeh mera kamra hai.idhu ennudaiya room(arai) This is my room.

- My father knows Hindi very well.
